Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist in sales & marketing activity and exhibition
- 2. Prepare, manage and follow up on maintenance proposal quotations, service contracts, and client documentation.
- 3. Conduct market research on competitor pricing, service intervals, and customer pain points.
- 4. Support the creation of digital content and service marketing kits to promote services.
- 5. Help manage CRM data and assist in tracking monthly client engagement & conversion metrics.
- 6. Join on-site client visits or product demos for experiential learning.
